You want to come on holiday in La Clusaz this winter to have fun on skis, see the snow and mountains, and discover the numerous activites during your stay but you are worried by the actual sanitary situation ? You have maybe already booked and you have many questions relative to your booking ?
We understand that situation is not easy and that you don't want to loose the amounts paid towards your booking, that's why we have organized a meeting with our partner accommodation providers to set up together the "Covid-19 refund guarantee" operation to allow you to choose between a credit voucher or a refund for one the following reasons:
New lockdown at national, regional, departemental or residence country level.
Travel restrictions at national, regional, departemental or residence country level.
If one of these reasons hapens during your stay, you could obtain a voucher or refund based on prorata temporis of nights consumed + potential fixe costs held (cleaning costs, linen, etc.).
Do not forget to suscribe to the cancelation insurance when booking: this insurance covers you and the other members traveling with you for your stay if you are ill of Covid-19 and are not able to come to La Clusaz (medical certificate requested bu the insurance). These conditions are valid for stays with the 1st stay date between December 1st 2020 and 30th April 2022 on a selection of accommodation only, if you would like to book a new stay with a partner host or know if the accommodation you have booked is partner of this operation, please contact our team by phone +33 450 32 38 33 or by e-mail.
Conditions only apply to reasons listed here above and if your booking dates are concerned (the government and medical situation can only be know within a few days from your scheduled arrival date, for that reason you have to pay the balance of your file and wait to see how the situation evolves). If events are cancelled, if you are just worried or have organizational problems, or if your accommodation provider is not partner of these operation "Covid-19 refund guaratee" or for any other reason, our general sale conditions apply (you can read them on the bottom part of our website) or the tourism code (French law dedicated to Tourism).
Please note, the closure of the ski lifts in summer / winter or any other activity, the establishment of a sanitary pass and the "contact case" do not allow a report or refund of the accommodation of our "Covid Reimbursement Guarantee" operation and are not grounds for coverage by the 'Tranquil'Oc cancellation insurance that we offer with extra charge when booking, therefore no discount or refund will be applied in the event of non-opening or closing of the ski lifts or other activity.
Health pass and services (ski passes, ski lessons and other relevant services)
In the event of an epidemic deterioration, the health pass may be made compulsory for certain services and activities. This protocol is subject to changes in the health situation since if the national incidence rate in France exceeds 200 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, the health pass will become compulsory from the age of 12, in addition to wearing a mask. Consequently, people who have booked services subject to the health pass must submit a request for cancellation of services by e-mail or telephone no later than D-10 - deadline to cancel services or activities with no fees. After this period, the services and activities cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances for not having a health pass.
