la présence d'équipements machine à laver, lave-vaisselle est un plus, en revanche nombre de couverts limité pour 1 appartement 6 personnes, bruit exterieur très present la nuit, les fenêtres ne ferment pas très bien et le nombre d'etages à monter reste important
